This car is an 8.9 car on a ten point scale. Mechanically it is a 9 point car. Motor and drive train are solid. The tires are original and have gotten harder over time, but where can you find a set of original 1990 tires? Car now has A mold rims and Vredestein tires. They can go with the car for a small additional price.

The car was always garaged with exceptional mechanical care. Mobil One oil, ATE brake fluid, regular leather and paint car, trans fluid changed to Amsoil, etc.

Paint is good with a few small scratches, but the depth and application is good. The interior is a 8.8 out of ten. The rear cargo mat has a wrinkle in it and there is a small tear in the drivers bolster about a 1/8 of an inch. The underneath of the car is clean, clean (under hood and under car).  Every thing on the car is original except a K&N air filter (better filtration) and works well. The original 1990 cd player is quirky from time to time and the original amplifiers need replaced.

I also have ZR-1 factory service manuals, videos, models, and magazines if interested for a small add.

It comes  fully optioned with both sets of tops, Selective Ride and Handling Package, etc. Currently equipped with Sumitumo tires and original wheels with only 1K miles wear. Fully documented with all maintenance receipts and comes with a complete set of Chevrolet factory Shop Manuals and Service Bulletins.

- Original paint.  One blemish on hood, some touchup paint on front bumper.

-Two owner car.  Current owner since 1997.  Complete maintenance records for last 12+ years.  Complete inspection and maintenance by Haibeck Automotive (ZR1specialists in Chicago) in June of 2009.  Have copy of original window sticker and bill of sale.

- #2941 of 3049 in 1990.  First model year, but late enough in the year that they had figured out how to build them right.

- Windshield perfect (many are delaminated).

- Manual air conditioning (most ZR-1's had auto climate control)  AC works fine.

- GM service manuals, Corvette LT5 Fuel and Emissions course manual, complete parts CD from White Racing Products.

Original except for:

- Disabled CAGS 1-4 shift (can be easily restored)

- Lowered fan turn-on temperatures.  (Stock temps are very close to boiling.)

- Added rear fender guards (removable if desired, but they help a lot with rocks).

- 3.75 rear end gears (have original 3.45s if desired.  Car is easier to drive around town with the new gears.  Speedometer properly regeared.)

- Flowmaster cat-back exhaust (have original)

- RC fuel injectors (stock size)

- Stainless brake lines (even have these OE parts if you want )

- K&N air filter (don't have the original)

- Replacement GM plug wires (no LT-5 logo), have originals w/logo which are still good, and VERY hard to get.

ZR-1 Standard equipment:

1991 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 Coupe

I challenge you to find a cleaner and better maintained '91 ZR-1 Corvette anywhere! This ZR-1 is properly finished in Bright Red with Black Leather interior. There are no chips, swirls or scratches in the paint anywhere. With Only 14,000 miles, the interior still smells NEW and with absolutely no sign of wear. Only driven 400-500 miles per year, this ZR-1 has Always been covered, garaged and NEVER driven in rain.
