Project- Coolant Change
Last Update:

I changed the radiator fluid......it's dex cool.
Notice how clear the Dex Cool is after two years of use. No
sludge as was reported by some. I don't get it. Why do some people
have problems with sludge but others do not?

This is the lock washer type I used on the oil condenser cover
under the plenum. The bolts were not even finger tight. They had
vibrated out about 1/8 in ! Oil was leaking out the V through the
drain tube. I placed a rubber cap over the drain tube for a few
weeks until I could get around to pulling the plenum. I had used
loctite before but evidently it did not work.
