Headlights stop rotating properly.
Start by removing the headlight assembly.
Remove these bolts.
The nuts and bracket removed.

The cotter (split) pin needs to be removed.
Remove the other bolts holding the motor in place.
Gear cover side view.

Take out three screws to remove the gearbox cover.
Gearbox open, note remains of ground up inserts.
Gear shaft open, granulated plastic is the remains of the drive inserts.
After cleaning. New inserts have been fitted.

Gear shaft assembly installed, ready to close gear housing cover. Note washer held in place with white grease.
Gearbox cover re-installed. Re-install onto bracket, push cotter(split) pin back in and fasten bracket screws.
